The website https://avistel.fr sells audiovisual products for the solutions installed by AVISTEL.

The customer declares to have read and accepted the general conditions of sale prior to placing his order.

The validation of the order therefore implies acceptance of the general conditions of sale.

These general conditions express all the obligations of the parties.

In this sense, the buyer is deemed to accept them without reservation.

Article 5 – Electronic signature

The online supply of the buyer’s bank card number and the final validation of the order will constitute proof of the buyer’s agreement, payment of the sums due under the order form, signature and express acceptance of all the operations carried out. .

Article 6 – Order confirmation.

The seller provides the buyer with an order confirmation by electronic mail.

Article 7 – Product information

Article 8 – Price

Article 10 – Payment by credit card via the Stripe platform

The payment by card is entrusted to the company Stripe.

Entering your credit card number as well as its expiration date and cryptogram is done on a highly secure page directly at Stripe.

The Site does not store any card number.

Payment processing by Stripe is certified as PCI / DSS compliant by Visa and Mastercard.

This certification specifies the application of the most rigorous security rules in order to protect the data of Customers’ bank cards.

The debit from the customer’s credit card will be made in euros when the order is accepted by Stripe.

 

Article 11 – Availability of the subscription

Upon acceptance of payment, the subscription is activated within seconds.

 

Article 12 – Withdrawal

Due to the nature of the Service, that is to say of the products and the performance of which has begun before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period with the User’s agreement and after expressly waiving his right to withdrawal, and in application of article L.121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, the User cannot exercise his right of withdrawal.

 

Article 13 – Applicable law in the event of disputes

The language of this contract is French.

These conditions of sale are subject to French law.

In the event of a dispute, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.

All elements of the AVISTEL site are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of AVISTEL.
